Hey guys, do you know what type of connector this is? Can you make your own wiring harness with these?

Tony,

I wanted to add a bit of info, in case you wanted to shop around for these types of connectors. Molex is merely a manufacturer of these and they are often to referred to as Mil Spec bulkheads or mil spec circular connectors. They are made by a multitude of companies including Cannon, ITT Amphenol, etc... The list goes on. They are available in so many different configurations, you will have your head spinning. Head on over to www.mouser.com or www.newark.com

Here is a link to a category search on newark for them

You will need special pin crimping tools also and pin removal and insertion tools. They are nice and weather proof.

Actually with the XRC you don't need a special crimper tool for the terminals (standard gm/metripak style crimper will work on the terminals), there is however a special extraction tool (costs $3.00) from mouser.com
