I built this back in 2000/2001 and had it on the '01 Power Tour. It doesn't get a lot of attention, most people think it's an S10...

What most people don't notice are the flames. These are "stealth" flames. Done in straight blue pearl in a clear carrier over the white basecoat. They don't show up unless the sun or lighting is at the right angle...

The truck is lowered 4 & 6 with spindles and springs in front and a flip kit in the rear with a C-notch. I installed Hellwig rear bar along with the 17x8 and 17x9.5's. Nitto 450's in 255-50 and 275-50 do the rolling.
The truck handles very well. I have never tracked it, I would like to, just to see what it would do but time is a factor and building the van is using up a lot of that.
I designed and built the front bumper and there is a ton of "little things" I have done that no one notices. I modified a rear roll pan for the exhaust and to remove the "doglegs" that are inherent to the stepside pans (bumper bracket cutouts). I modified a smooth wiper cowl to remove the squirters (used modified Astro wiper arms) Made billet step plates and filled the tailgate handle, stack pockets and rear cab light.
I haven't done much with it the past few years but I am looking for new wheels.
