      Help with picking a color

Ok so my car is finally 65 skylark is finally at the body shop and I still haven't picked a color. I have been thinking red the whole time, but don't want anything that is orange in it. I had a apple red color picked out but didn't want to hassle with trouble matching it if it ever needs repaired. I'm hoping that anyone can help by posting some pictures and the names of the color. Hopefully I can get a color picked soon

You can never go wrong with "Arrest Me Red". It is a very fast color.

Check out "Race Red" from Ford - you can see it in the dealer lot. A very bright red, no orange. I used it on my car as the pen stripe color. It's not fancy (being a production color), but it's easy to repair/match for the same reason.

Torch Red from GM is very brite. It's a solid color and would be very easy to match if needed.

The Dodge 'Redline Red' is another gorgeous deep red.

For something a bit brighter: add to the comparison list the Porsche 'Carmine Red':

Red is great. Accent it with some black, charcoal or gray.

I'm still voting redline 2 coat pearl.

      ^^ x2
I saw a Dodge Durango SRT in the 2-coat redline, a deep rich saturated color, it even appears maroon in the shade.
Some of these samples that I picked resemble the color as I have seen in person, but it only proves that cameras an sunlight/shade can make these look very different
Good luck on hunt for the perfect red.
