I like the look, stance, very nice.

BTW keep the valve covers. Clean, retro look, makes the engine look like it is from the late 60's even though the internals may be modern.

...well, it sure seems you've got a great paint guy, ...the car is looking awsome ;)

BTW,...from the pics (even though I'm sure that color pops even more in the sunlight), ... the color looks very similar to my '68 (factory Teal Blue, L2 code)

      Thank you, thank you.

Those are Forgeline EV3. I wanted something a lil different and modern but still had a hint of a 5 spoke wheel. If you stare at it you will see it lol. Frank at Prodigy hooked me up. The Forgelines are really light and so far I've been very impressed with them.

I'll post some more updates when I get it off the trailer and back home. We're in the process of moving all my junk cross-country. Gotta love the military!

Update. Yes we did move to McGuire and I've been getting a little time on the car. I had to finish my dad's 50 before the 67 and that is done. I ran into issue with the suspension and after fighting with it for way too long I sold everything and am starting over. I'd like to thank Mark at SC&C and Luke at L&H specifically for spending way too much time on the phone with me. So, basically the car was apart, but after not liking the stance I poop-canned the whoel lot and am going with L&H spindles and steering arms, another set of control arms, ridetech coilovers, a 4 link and Ridetechs in the rear. My electric window kit is on the way, as are my Procar Rallys and my Rick's stainless tank. Trying to work with New Vintage on a gauge solution. Going to skimp on interior (except seats) to facilitate getting it on the road. Wilwood 6 pots on the front worked out well, the 4 pots on the rear seem to be functioning. All is coming together.

It's been a long time and only slight updates. I've been paying the bills and my new Airforce job has me working a lot. Just finishing up on a customer's car so I'm back on the 67. Here's a few pics. The lines are not as tight as they should be but I'm a poor military guy. I still think she is beautiful. Spent some time spacing my factory center console up to clear the MGW shifter. All the suspension is now sorted, I ditched the leafs and welded in an air ride 4 link. Also used Air Rides new bolt-in coil over up front in lieu of the QA1s and so far I am very impressed. F Body Dave's front arms and L&H spindles fixed all my front end issues and I'm getting excited about finishing it up. My wife has given me the stink eye and said if I don't get it done right now she will kill me. She gets sick of seeing me work on other people's stuff only to let mine sit. I've got a spring deadline for Camaro Nat's. We will see.

Thanks! I'm hung up on gauges right now. With the T56 I need the electronic conversion box to run stock gauges. I think I'd like modern gauge features like the leds and dig odo, but I want them to look older. The New Vintages 1969 series look awesome and would match the car, but I can't get them in 5". Hoping they come out soon. They will do custom, but it gets pricey. I can settle for the 67 series or go with Autometer.

      RJ,

One USAF guy to another... You will NOT go wrong with the NewVintage USA gauges! I love them! Look factory but work with the new-style electronic sensors.

      TC

BTW, love the color scheme on your ride!
