GUESS what my 7 yr old did!!!HELP!!!!

I was helping a buddies on a 1972 Bronco, 302, new valve cover gaskets and painting covers and air cleaner, and oil change, after I changed oil, the engine started to tick, so I removed covers and tried to adjust ticking rocker arms, but they just started to get worse, then it seemed to loose all oil pressure...

then I noticed it........the empty bottle of BARKS HEAD GASKET SEALER on floor by the empty oil bottles....my son was helping me and when I ran into house to answer phone he put in what he thought was the remaining quart......

NOW WHAT!!!?????? any help here, do I just drop pan and flush with diesel? and pray, or are the lifter clogged with this crap....???

      HELP!!!!

I would start with the diesel flush and then try some straight ac delco 40, the kind with Zync. If that doesn't work replace the lifters.

Maybe a quart of Rislone to help break things up?

Years ago when I worked at a parts store, I sold a guy a bottle of that. He came back in a few minutes later and said he added it to the car and now its making a lot of noise.

Turned out, he did the same thing and added it to his oil.

This guy was a lot older then 7!

It's gonna take a lot of "allowance" money to fix this mistake. Aww, poor little guy was just trying to help, Dad.
Sorry to hear about misfortune, but it will all work out for the better, in the long run.

I didn't tell my 7 year old he did anything wrong, just chalking it up as a new learning lesson, but the engine was never rebuilt and the car is from 1973, so it would have needed it soon anyway...RIGHT??? thats what I keep telling myself.
