      4" aluminum tubing & bends

Anyone know the best place to get some 4" aluminum tubing & a couple of 45 degree or 90 degree bends? Or someplace that can mandrel bend a piece for a cold air intake?

      Thanks,
      Scot

Many heavy vehicle (diesel truck, earth moving etc) repair facilities will have the material as well.

How about 4" stainless steel. 4" o.d. x .065 wall polished tubing. We use it for work for the food plants we service. Approximate costs are as follows:
      90 degree Elbow - 4" - 105.00 ea.
      45 degree Elbow - 4" - 80.00 ea.
      4" Sanitary Tube - Polished ID/OD - 25.00 per foot.

All the stainless is the shelf stuff.

The Mandrel bending supplier we use is Tulsa Tube Bending (Tulsa, OK.) Great quality and they do the "proto-type" stuff for next to nothing. They can do it all.
