1968 Ford Fairlane 500 Torino GT Parts

Hi guys!

I've just bought myself this 1968 Ford Fairlane and as a Chevy guy, I'm quite new to the scene!
I'm still looking for a few parts for it which I don't seem to find directly..

If you see at the pictures, there is one 'louver' missing or how it's called and the rear emblem with GT on has seen better times as well..
Somebody here that can help me?
