383 stroker or vortech carbureted supercharger

Hi guys, I have a chevy 355 (350 bored .30 over) putting out 375hp and 400ft/lbs of torque, it has a Holley 750 vaccum secondaries race carb, 9.5:1 CR and Dart 2.02/1600 heads, and some sort of hydrolic cam (not sure on the specifics of that). my question is basically what is a cheapish way to gain more power? i put the options of the vortechs entry level under hood supercharger and possibly a 383 stroker kit. if anybody could give me the approx. power gain or experiences for each of these options that would be helpful. Not sure if there are better options out there, possibly heads I've heard but that was before I knew the info on my heads, the engine was built 15 years ago so im searching for more info on it.

also another question i had was since the 350 is already bored .30 over could i keep the pistons i have now and just replace the rods and crank to make it a little cheaper?
any input, suggestions, and other options are greatly appriciated. thanks, Ray
