a new noise. Anyone heard this sound before?

It seems to be coming from the back of the motor, converter flexplate area, I think.
I checked all the converter/flywheel bolts, they are rock solid tight.

The fellow that built my 700R4 had a listen and said "the irregular squeak or chirp......is not the converter.
A faulty Torque Converter does make the noise that I am hearing, it is something "outside-the-box". ie converter

Another seasoned small block builder feels it is an exhaust leak, header gasket, loose header bolt. Or If the #7 or #8 ( as sound is from back of the motor) rocker arm is cracked will be creaking, making the sound. I hope to get out to the garage next week and test a few of the exhaust and rocker theories. In the mean time I thought I would get some feed back from the members on the site.
      Thank you

The squeak/chirp can be heard at beginning of video and does not start until motor reaches 190 degrees and makes the sound in any gear or in N or P.

Check the flexplate around the crank bolts. I'll bet it's cracked...
