      E-Brake Brackets?

Does anyone know where to get these emergency brackets for the PBR/Baer rear calipers?

      Thanks

You can order them from the gm parts counter. Do you have staggered shocks? If you do you want two right side calipers and there brackets.
As a side question, how clean was the casting on the back of those where the banjo bolts up?

No real GM parts counter here! And everything that tries to pass for it, is charging 4x what you guys on the other side of the ocean are paying for it. Normally it's cheaper for me to have them send over by e.g. Rockauto.com but they don't carry these items. Besides rockauto there aren't too many companies selling/shipping to overseas (at least not for a decent price).

So Matt, can you help us out?

Sorry, jumped the gun! Finally found the few calipers i had left...both were stripped already! We haven't sold them in a LONG time...ever since the 4 piston rears came out!

Sorry....have you tried other GM dealers? They may ship international? If not we can get them here and ship UPS

I also had to find the bracket as I had a set of PBR Calipers where one of the brackets was damaged. Was difficult to find, but once I had the part number, that made things much easier. For part numbers, you can reference the exploded view at:
      http://parts.nalleygmc.com/showAssem...ssembly=379968

when I was searching for parts, I was informed that the PBR calipers were used on 93-97 F-Bodies. Might be easier to look for some used calipers (salvage yards or eBay)

Parts were discontinued when I found one...had to call multiple dealers to find some old stock. You might consider replacing the caliper. might be a cheaper option. Did a quick search on eBay and found one for around $50

Matt, thanks for the effort you put into it and your offer to ship them over. That earns you quite some recommendation credit!

I'll see if I can find some through e.g. eBay.

I looked into getting them from the GM dealership at one time & they were a fortune. It was cheaper to go to a junk yard & get the complete calipers rather than buy the brackets.
