Vintage Wheel Works Question

I am looking into the Vintage V48s for a project in my shop and was just wanting some feedback from people that have bought from them. Just don't know a whole lot about them and want to make sure they are a quality wheel ?? Also I am going 17x8 and 17x11 and am wondering what the biggest brake and caliper combo I can fit will be ..
