I'm seeing 225F when everything is up-to-temp, with no oil cooler. Those temps are fine on the street and short auto-x coarses but they climb during sustained (road-race) events. I recently purchased a Setrab 625 cooler and the Canton thermostat. I was going to go with the Mocal one but I liked the higher temperature config (215F vs 180F) allowing the water to evaporate and for the additives to do their thing (I believe Mocal have a HiTemp version at 200F). The Canton and Mocal units are the same price but I liked the look of the Canton packaging a lot more. It just looks more capable (which I'm sure means little but it's not an area I want to cut corners with this motor). There's a lot of plumbing involved to get this and the cooler installed so that will be taking place one of these weekends soon before some of these summer Road Race events :-)
