Trying not to electrocute myself.
What is the best way to look for a drawl in your system? Something is draining my battery if the car remains parked too long. I am not very experienced with electrical. I know enough to fry myself. From an amature's point-of-view, what would you do to find the leak?

07-19-2005 #2disconnect the negative battery cable and install a test light between the cable and the battery terminal. if the test light is on you have a severe load. it may be very dim, so look closely. a bigger load = a brighter light. if the light is on start pulling fuses until you find the circuit that makes the light turn off. make sure you disable the interior light before you start pulling fuses - it will give you false readings.
good luck
