No miatas allowed sean? Oh I get it, cuz you wouldn't want me to tear up the autocross with it hahaha just kidding, def gonna try my hardest to be there, even if I still have that tranny but put in the stock converter to see if that will stop it from slipping. Really would like to see the 6 speed and big brakes on it before going out on a big track again.

I better find some inspiration and cash soon, cause I need a worthy engine.

Actually I need any engine other than that stock 307 I have waiting as a temp. That and some good days to actually get it in.

I was starting to wonder the same thing....last year registration was already open by now...I'm assuming the same hotel as last year would be good as soon as registration opens... that back parking lot was perfect.

We stayed at the Hilton, that shared a big back parking lot with another hotel.

Thank you, this is the first time in a very long time that the car is together and ready to go in the spring. Usually the car is in pieces and I am working on the engine until the middle of summer. I should be there, the only set back would be the weather, with the race slick no wet tracks for me. LOL Don

Sean-- true true... the two without tops are probably not a good option, especially since the 68 convertible has "flintsone's" floors at the moment. I could bring out the z06 with some well aged run flats - but those are pretty scary on cold roads, I've been driving it off and on the last few weeks.

I'll actually have my first test fit on the ls7 done this week I hope, got to get the trans ordered though. I tried American Powertrain a couple times over the last few weeks but they don't seem to want to return emails.

Is RTTS sign up open yet? -Dan
