Milodon makes a nice road race oil pan.

I have the same design on my big block and haven't had any issues with it.

I have a Champ Oil Pan. With traps doors, and everything. Remember the dipstick, champ also makes one of those for the pans.

^ Mike has the same Champ RR pan I have. It's a great piece and I got it off Amazon for about $240 I believe. Have to buy the dipstick in addition for like $18 from Champ.

I had good luck with a Moroso road race oil pan in my 67 El Camino. http://moroso.com/catalog/categorydi...?catcode=11955
Never had any oiling issues. The pan just does clear the frame crossmember and you will need headers that are away from the oil pan. I used Stainless Works 1-3/4 headers and had plenty of room for the pan. One note, the pan makes it virtually impossible to pull the engine and transmission together. Same engine & pan in my Camaro has a good bit more room and you can pull the engine & trans together.

The heads you have should work good, depending on the size of the new engine.
