Would like to have a rendering done.

Please PM me, or post up in here if you could do a rendering for me, and what payment stipulations there would be.

Having something to keep my mind fresh on the idea would really help me out on my project. Let me know if you can help. Thanks a bunch.

You'll need to be a bit more specific... what kind of rendering? Do you want professional type 3D Kris Horton kinda stuff, or are you looking for a photochop type, or maybe a pen/pencil drawing?

Sorry should have been more specific. Looking for a 3D rendering preferably, but a decent quality photoshop or free hand would do as well.

Need more specifics... What do you need it for?
Business or Personal use? Is it for Inspiration? or technical design?
How much are you expecting to spend?

The rendering would be for personal use. More or less just to have something to look at and see how close I get to my projected goals. I don't plan on winning any sponsorship if that's what you are getting at. Pricing I honestly have no idea. I'm hoping not too steep as that is just money that could actually be put into the car.

On the other hand I could see if I could find a demo of a rendering program and do it myself. If I can teach myself Logic 7, damnit I can teach myself a rendering program.

Logic 7? I'm assuming it's the latest incarnation of the Logic audio editor/harddisk recording stuff... right? Anyway, there are plenty of parallels between audio editing and photo editing, so maybe doing a photoshop rendering might be a good approach... I've done a few for folks on the site just for fun, but I'm a bit short of time these days. You can see some of my stuff here: http://img259.imageshack.us/gal.php?...sbumper5si.jpg

      I did my own...
This one I did in Visio... (it would be the same effort as to do in CoralDraw)

This one I Photo Edited (MS Picture Manager)

It takes some playing... not not too difficult. If you are up to the challenge... you can do it yourself. OR I am sure you could talk to DarkBudda for some help....

I did a couple by hand to give me wheel and color idea's... here's a couple. On my base drawing I left the wheel area blank and made copies so that I could draw in different wheels. These are the only one's I have scanned.

If anybody has a 67-68 that they'd like to see a color scheme on or wheel designs I could sketch something up and scan it.

Get DB to do a photochop for you first!! Might save you a bunch of money! Kris Horton's work is nice but I'd rather put that $700 into the car... IF I could "afford" it I'd have Kris do a rendering and frame it in my living room!

Yes, Logic 7 = Logic Audio. Slightly different name since Apple took over control of EMagic. Same basic codec, just lots of new features and plug-ins.

Being a computer music researcher/composer/doctoral student, I've been doing harddisk recording and audio editing since 1990, back in the days when a harddisk editing suite required dedicated hardware, software, and D/As and A/Ds. My first experience was on a Spectral Systems 8 channel setup. Since then I've been through the mill, from early Logic and Samplitude through Cubase, VST, and DP4 and ProTools. Now most of the work I do for DSP and synthesis is done in code in languages like Supercollider, CLM, Csound, etc. GUI is for sissies..
