I'll answer for him (I am Jon after all), that looks really good Cris!

About how much wider is that? Looks like maybe a 2" stretch?

Chris! BAD ASS! That tire looks "right at home" back there, and finally, a Nova with a "fat bottom". Looks like how it should, good work!

Yeh thats a pet peeve of mine on my Nova. A 26" tall tire seems short in the wheel well, even if its tucked way up. If you guys did a 19" wheel and a 27-28" tall tire, that would look killer. Great work, wish I would have thought of this whole fat bottom deal.

It's a 335/30/19 Nitto NT05 which is 27 inches. Chris, that is too short, or is the car not lowered enough?

We put a jack under the suspension.. The tire is looking like it need to fill up the wheel well opening more.. going thru this on another car here @ the shop.. If Nitto had a 335-35-19!!! hint.. hint.. that would be great.. I would order up three sets of tires.. In the NT05 of coarse.. Pick up the phone tomorrow & see what you can do

thanks chris was wondering how to do this since i will be installing new quarters here soon i already have my dse tubs. its looking like 1/2-3/4 inch is all i need with my wheels. not to rub the lips of the wheel opening so that they dont rub. what did you have to do with the outer wheel well.

I'll ask Nitto tomorrow about it but I hardly think a big company like Nitto will mold a whole new tire size for us, unless something comes out from the OE's that needs a 335/35/19. They do already make a 345/30/19 that is 27.6 tall, but it is a NT05R so I can't run them at some of the AutoX events. At least no matter what, I'm taller than a 335/30/18
