The wheels are our NewGen "LITE" wheels, in true 3 piece. We've milled a few sets now for some customers, and my wheels are next to come out of the shop next week. They will be 19x9.5 fronts, and 19x12 rears. The finish will be Matte Black Centers, Matte Gun Metal outers, and matching gun metal hardware.

Definitely will have to do this as you're guaranteed to be at least 3 seconds quicker a lap if timing/scoring sees it on the car ...

LOL, Sweet. I'm going to need all the help I can get too!

Someone over on Lat-G suggested "Novation". What do you guys think? A mash up between Nova and Collaboration. I kind of like it....

      Cool build.
I'm glad to see you keeping the big block. There are getting to be so many LS powered PT cars. Good gas mileage is overrated!

cant wait to see the body stuff in real life.. Make it so you can build multiple rear spoilers because the rendering looks good and some may want to buy one....

I wish I could afford a set... I would love to have them! Bronze centers with satin black hoop, make me all warm and fuzzy thinking about it.

So here is how the rear kickers turned out. Not shown is a cross brace at the very back of the trunk that tie the two together:

Next was the front kickers through the firewall. Wanted to make sure we could unbolt the front subframe still, so we modeled this after some other cars we've seen:

Oh, and you could see we finished welding in the smooth firewall.

LOL!! Man you are persistent. I will weigh these wheels as soon as I get them. They are looking like they are going to be very light. Going to be interesting to see just how light they are.

funny, IMO the vent windows are one of the most practical things on a '68-72 Nova! one piece glass looks smoother but the vents were great when you don't have A/C!
my '70 Nova was the only car I've ever owned where you could have a conversation on the hwy w/ the windows open, just something about how the air flowed over that shape didn't have any wind buffeting.
      cool build btw!
