Cheap 16" wheel in gm 5x4.75 bolt pattern

Looking for a relatively cheap 16" wheel for my Nova. My buddy is giving me his 245/45/16 Hankook tires for nothing and all i need is a set of wheels. I was gonna go 15" because i need to clear my Wilwood front disc setup i have to put on my car yet. Any ideas??? Thanks Brandon

ZQ8 (S10), Iroc Z, GTA wheels have the 4.75x5 bolt pattern. Double check if the back spacing will work on your car. There are more out there.

'Relatively cheap' is relative....lol, here are some from Summit:

      Eagle 211 --> $190 ea (I think they look a lot like Coys C5)

      AR IROCs - $150 ea

Torque Thrust II -> $205 ea

      Cragar Soft 8 - $80, downright cheap!

BTW, I was not checking for backspacing....I just picked a few..

You can also scour e-bay for Camaro, Trans-Am, Corvette (need an adapter) wheels, and may find some used ones too cheap NOT to get.

the correct answer is "GTA". i've got two sets- one set cost me $75, and the other (slightly nicer) set cost me $100. both sets had decent tires on them when i got them.
there are two different backspacing settings -they say "front" and "rear" on the back side of the mesh. with the fronts on the front and the rears on the rears, they were the perfect backspacing and width for my 71 Nova with C4 Vette front brakes and stock rear drums and gave it a really mean look. they even fit better than the IROC wheels they replaced- even tho they are supposedly identical in width and backspacing. also, they are about the lightest cheap wheel you will find out there. with a 245/50/16 Fuzion tire, a wheel/tire combo weighs 33 pounds. i never weighed an IROC wheel, but they were noticeably heavier.

If you can find a Three piece 16" in the 5x4.75/5x120.65mm (like the BBS BBS RS 178), you can step the them up a couple inches when you want to upgrade. An awesome look, but seldomly seen on anything other than a BMW or VW. I'd take these BBS's over 99.9% of the high end wheels out there.

I'm thinking the ZQ8 wheels or the same as on the 91-92 Camaro, but they would have to be redone in black or flat black. IF i could find some GTA wheels those would also work. Thanks everyone.

believe it or not the wheels are a different casting. the center cap hole on the 91-92 camaro RS wheels is smaller than the ZQ8 wheels. the ZQ8 center caps will fit the camaro RS wheels, but it's a TIGHT fit and they can be difficult to remove. the camaro RS caps won't fit in a ZQ8 wheels at all.

I put the wheels on today, and the wheels labeled "front" hit the outer tie rod ends when the lug nuts are tight...what now ? These are 91 Camaro RS wheels, same as ZQ8. any ideas ?

what i've heard some people do is put the rear wheels on the front and the fronts on the rear; maybe that would do it? i know they have different offsets; i can't recall them off the top of my head though.

for my s10 i ran the fronts on the front and the rears on the rear. another idea would be to shim the wheel out with a few washers to see what size spacer you'd need to buy to run the fronts on the front.

I run iroc-z wheels on my 65 cutlass. I run the rears on the front (5.25 bs) and the fronts on the rear (4.50 bs)
In my case the 4.50 bs fronts rub the inner fenders on my cutlass. When I installed drop spindles my outter tie rods hit my tires with the 5.25 bs wheels on front. I solved the issue by putting 3/8spacers or (3) 1/8 washers between my steering arms and spindles.

one of the parts houses, I want to say classic industries, is repopping the gta wheels (which must be one of the lightest wheels made) so check there for caps, etc.
