      Your cars wanted...

      Hi Guys/Gals,

I wanted to throw this out there to see what everyone thinks. I've just become the Editor-in-Chief at Ridelust.com, a blog that deals with anything and everything automotive. Obviously everyone is here because we all have a love for cars and we like to discuss them amongst ourselves.

Pro-touring cars as a whole don't get that much exposure aside from a few small pieces here and there. So what I'd like to do, if anyone is interested, is start a "Corner Carver" section that features only pro-touring cars. If you'd like to have your car featured just shoot me a PM or simply email me at "[email protected]" with good photo's (action or otherwise) / video, a good description, your information and perhaps a brief synopsis of why you built it.

The whole point of this is get these cars the exposure they deserve and open the eyes of people that just see them as "old cars".

      Cheers and thanks - Mike

First, congratulations on the new position.
Second, thanks for any love you can throw our way.
Third, you got enough expense account to come out to our first annual El Toro event in April? If so, you will have plenty material for your first year....
If not, when I get the event behind me, I will shoot you acouple pictures of a certain charger in the stable.

... Hell, a Dude's got to make a living right?

First off thanks for the responses - again, my main goal is to give this section of the hobby more of a mainstream outlet. We all know that most of the cars on this site are simply outstanding both engineering wise and visually, but in all honesty the general automotive populous doesn't realize that. By mixing pro-touring in with general automotive news and banter we'll be able to almost slip this segment of the hobby in under the radar and generate (what I hope) is peeked interest.

So... with that being said, shoot me an email with the cars back story, photo's and spec list and I'll get this rolling.

      Cheers - Mike

Still checking out the site. I like how you eliminate a lot of time spent on searches by having many categories listed...and there are a lot.

Nice feature on a later year 2nd gen.
