its a fun build I did about 95% at home in the garage! it was painted at a shop (but I painted it) and the timing/engine tune and alignment were farmed out, I did my own engine rebuild, trans rebuild, body work, wiring, glass install, interior, suspension, brakes, and even every other little detail!

I'm not a fan of the Vette wagon wheels - I never thought they looked good from the factory in Bowling Green - I would try some C6 wheels if you can find them cheap - they just look that much better. Thats my 2 cents... not dogging your ride in anyway...

I love the paint and clean lines of the car!

The LED tail lights were from Speedway Motors work great just remember to get a LED(no load) flasher to go with them or you wont have turn signals!!

I think you need to take the car back to the lady that you bought it from to show her what you and your family did together as a family. You will probably make her day. Car looks great.

Great looking car. I like the c5 Deep Dish wheels if you do go with a different Corvette wheel.

      X2... Very nice looking car.
And I liked your second choice on the gas cap decision. I love mine! More motivation for me to get back out there and start stripping the 40 years worth of paint. I too will be doing this in the garage. Shhh, don't tell the EPA.
Maybe I'll start a project thread?
