Nice. I had that same idea to build up a second frame. I liked the idea because it would allow me to install certain parts easier and give me less down time for the most part. Keep us posted!

Thanks for all the compliments... I wish I could take credit for the actual work but I am just the driving force with the vision....

Great looking project, I'm a big fan of Chevelle's. The GTO seats look like they will fit nicely in there.

Dropped off the Moser 12 bolt this morning... Going for Detroit Tru-Trac, 31 spline, 3.73 gears, 1350 yoke, cast diff cover w/ preload bolts. I have LS1 brakes for the rear and will have metric studs installed to match the C5 fronts. The rotors are only abut 3/4" smaller then the C5 front rotors I already have... Should be a good match, just need brake lines and parking cables...

So two weekends ago we patched to holes, one from the AC ducting and the other from relocating the windshield wiper motor...
Forgot my camera so all you get is a cell phone pic.. sorry about that...

ok.... Russ got the firewall plate cut and mostly fit..... We moved the factory wiper motor... I want to try and find a late model wiper to replace the old 2 speed motor..... need to figure out hoe to route the engine harness as well...

We also reinforced the back seat to trunk area and will be closed off completely. The optima yellow top will be mounted underneath the package tray on the passenger side. The ISIS module will be hanging on the driver side.
