Help to identify 427 Ford motor

I've been on the hunt for a new project and came across what I think is an old 427 car. I don't remember much on them, but I recall cross-bolted mains and the Low, Medium, & High Rise models. (and I just learned the difference between center oilers and side-oilers!)
Are they basically all good? They've always fascinated me for some reason.

Is it possible to tell anything by this crappy photo? It's a 63 car so I'm assuming it's the center-oiler variety.

If you're a Ford guru and wouldn't mind educating me, please PM me, I have a couple of questions.
I think I need to hit the bookstore tomorrow and get some reference material!

I tried to read the valve cover, and it seems like it has the "Thunderbird" embossing.

Doesn't that exhaust manifold look "high flow"? It doesn't look like the log style I've seen on a 352.....

I was also thinking that these fender emblems were 427 only.....I dunno though.

awww bummer, looks like it's a 390 assuming the badge and motor are original.

The 390 and 427 badge looked the same but for the #,also all the FE engine have a simillar look. The high riser was easy to pick out.
