stance is cool, but what a poser car. I don't have a problem w/ restos, but it just looks silly like this.

Why do you say he's a poser? The add dosen't say anything claiming to be a pro-touring car.
He actually states, "1964 Malibu SS Very Slick air ride 20s #s Matching".
I don't see what the big deal is. It would be a good start for a pro-touring project.

Didn't everyone get the memo? Every car with 20" wheels is a Pro-Touring car. LOL

I'll agree the brakes look silly behind those wheels, but that is one nice looking Chevelle. With the exception of the sheet metal screws through the bottom of the door panel, (very tacky) the car looks great.

Any predictions of how much that car will sell for???

Other than the drum brakes, it's a very nice car. Would make a great PT car with just a few key mods.

How is it a poser? Because it has big wheels? LOL, looks like a cruiser to me.

Beautiful car! Also for once, they don't claim it is pro touring!! Just because it has big wheels doesn't mean it is PT!! Heck, half the people on this site still think that! LOL!
I'll guess $32,000 on what it brings

Great looking car. I don't think it is a poser car. But what really gets to me is someone that goes to that much effort to have a great looking car and doesn't at least put some reasonable discs on the front in the name of safety and protecting your investment. I think most of us have driven a 4 wheel drum car and it would scare the hell out of me to drive a $30k car with no hope of an emergency stop if required. I see it around here a lot though. A real nice car with the big wheels and drums.

      Very nice 64!!
Check out the under chassis pics......it has the stock wheels and tires on it yet. Most guys that want to sell these cars lately are throwing some big wheels on em to grab the bidders attention......it works!!

I believe those sheet metal screws are factory?? Both my Elco and Chevelle have them.....but they are black.
