4 Link Setup Questions...

I'm getting ready to take my old 50 Pontiac for the alignment next week, and I'm trying to find a baseline to have the suspension at before I start playing. The chassis has a custom Mustang 2 based front susp with QA1's & coilovers, the rear is a 4-link with a narrowed 9" also running QA1's. The car is about 3100lbs. I'm looking for a tech article or something that can tell me how much i should jack up the coilovers, where to have the shocks set, and where to have the 4link bars located for a good baseline. I'm also going to scale the car whenever I can access a friend's equipent because I feel the shop put too stiff a spring in the car both front and rear. I tried a seach for 4 link but came up with mostly strictly Camaro info. Anyone got anything for me?
