Looking good Chris, I like the plan so far. I must say that was a lot of progress in a 6 hour period. You by any chance have a guy named Chuck working for you?

      More pictures please.

The outer wheel wells are welding into place so there is no chance of them moving, drill spot welds about every 2 inches or so where they meet up and weld them, seam seal and its ready for paint. This will make it very strong even better than what you started with.

Looks like a cool project and remember we all started somewhere so keep it up. These forums are the best place to learn things and meet great people so if you are not sure how to do something or want more ideas just through up a post and everyone will help you out. Good luck

Question.....How will you join the outwheel wells to the quarter?
Im adding a rubber stripe along the edge so you dont hear metal on metal then I will add sealer too....

      what should I do?

      check out my Nova!!!

I am trying to set new standards on how fast cars are built and I think at this rate I can build a car every two weeks.

With that being said we really have about a month in this project so far and would think it should be completed in under 6 months. I have a great group of guys and we mesh very well together so things move fast. It also helps when you do everything in house you can control the progress of each build with less problems

      No Chuck here, sorry

You guys are jammin' on this thing! Keep up the great looking work.

I am particularly interested in seeing what you do for your upper shock mounts. When you get there, please post detailed pics of the underside and trunk area, as I am at this point in my project '72 Nova. I'm also interested to see how you deal with the crossmember that I have outlined in red below when you do your shock mounts. Thanks!

Funny you should ask, we will be making all kinds of parts for it, we just did the LS7 engine mounts and will have more. I will post up here as soon as we have stuff.
