Post Worst or Funniest Build Pic

I haven't seen a thead like this since I've been on the site, and I thought it would be interesting.

I will start with two build pictures of fellow pro-tourer Wes Strawn (Formula).

You know the kind of pictures I'm talking about... the ones that make you cringe or laugh when you see them....

We always see the times when we accomplish task, but what about when we are down on our luck?

      Here's one of my faves.

I call it "It just needs a carburetor kit, and it'll run fine."

      Check out those pushrod tubes!

I can top that.... It is fun when you put a brand new rebuilt motor in your car and its got a really nice knock to it, so you take the head off (while ruining the new headgaskets) to find this.....

And then they try to blame it on you!

My wife shot this as i was installing my Fatmat. It's covered with blue ink.
She kept saying "Let me get a shot of your face!!" And I couldn't figure out why...

I dont have anything too scary with my 67, but when i installed longtubes on my old TransAm i had to get the car high enough off of the ground to point the header straight up in order to get it in...
these are old crappy pics but you can see the bricks under each wheel.... The sad thing is i beleive i had to get the car a little higher after taking the pic to get the header in!!

my buddy dallas after hour 12 of wrenching. hung the exhaust that day, and after way too much caffiene and far too little sleep, he decided that the exhaust box would make a nice bed. he even used the air bag packing material as a pillow.

Here's one of those new carbs from Holley. They run pretty good, but they have a few flat spots.

I have fun, I just have no friends ....................... wait, um, I mean ...............

Dang it, here is a pic. This is the previous owners "patch" thin sheet metal, pop rivetted to rusty metal, covered in underbody coating. I was cringing while I was taking the pic .

Well, I guess I'll post up my moment of pride. This is a few of my buds (not me) standing around the remains of a 2000 Z-28 that was recently totaled out from hitting a horse. We didn't really have the correct means of taking the motor and trans out.....but since I worked at an equipment rental store.....we managed.

And this is me on the bobcat........

      Kokomo.......
Totaled Camaro, A bobcat, and Lots of beer.....Darren and I have come to the conclusion that we are heading your way this weekend..... Why do I have a feeling that some of the next images you post are going to be of a LS1/6sp replacing the little diesel in the bobcat?
