I still have my Camaro, all the body work is done,It's just waiting for me to paint,I just kind of got caught up in this Rat Touring, lack of perfection project. As soon as the Mustang body is permanatly attached to the frame,I'm going to have to go back to the Camaro, and put it in color{Its been a nice break} My "A.D.D" is getting to be a real problem LOL.Ron

looks good, 5 inch is not bad at all, most shoot for 4 inch rocker height on a full fab floor/chassis, but i think your good where your at now, looks cool

That I have to say looks sweet I wish I would have thought of doing that with my Torino it would have saved me a lot of rear quarter work since the most of the rust was in the wheel arch.

it is absolutely incredible that you will have a fully driveable car, that puts down some respectable power, for only 5 grand, the more and more I think about it, the more I am impressed! I cant wait to see this thing done and driving!

Thanks guys, hey has anybody run a multidisc 5.5" or 7.25" clutch like Tilton or Quartermaster. That vette pan sets so low in the chassis,I sized up the Lakewood bellhousing off my Camaro, and it hangs about 3.5" below the oil pan, which is about 1.5" off the blacktop[too low].thinking about using a Nascar type bellhousing and clutch[used of course]just for ground clearance.Just wondering if anyone had used one and how it felt, and what its road manners were. Thanks,Ron

I dont know for sure but I would think those small racing clutches are going to be IN or OUT no in between. Justy trim the bottom of the bell off and shortin it up.

If you’re suggesting sending men with weapons of war to take my weapons of war, then I’m fairly certain that’s what’s called an act of war… and the definition of tyranny.which coincidentally is the reason for the second amendment to begin with!

I have worked on them and helped set them up there is not much slip, like the others have said they are more of an in/out box.
They take some getting use to cuz they grab so quick starting out once your going they work nice but I wouldn't want one on a street car.
