      69 Firebird 10 bolt ?

I have a 69 firebird with a 10 bolt. I just aquired a 84 camaro with a 10 bolt with an eaton posi. I dont know if my 69's is a 8.2 or even if it could be a 8.5. My question is, could there be any possibility that the Eaton posi could be used in the older rear.

      I don't think it will. The 69 should be a BOP 8.2.
