      Best natural gas garage heater

I have just finished running a 3/4 natural gas line to my garage. I am looking for a natural gas heater. Where I am putting my gas heater I also have a duct to vent it, does anybody have any recommendations of brands or where to get a nice heater for my garage. It is about a 3 car garage. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I just finished installing a Hot Dawg garage heater. I only have a 2 car garage so I got the 45,000 BTU unit but they go up to 100,000BTU for larger spaces. It was very easy to instal and works amazingly well I would highly recomend one. I see them on Ebay alot or just google Hot Dawg and I'm sure you will find a distributor. Oh ya they are also cetified for residental use (the only heater I found that was).

      Reznor for me

I grew up with a propane fired Reznor unit heater in my dads garage that never had a day of trouble (MI use) so when it can time to purchase one for my 900 sq. ft garage with 10 ft walls and cathedral ceilings I chose the same. I have a natural gas 75,000 BTU UDAS model (also certified for residential use, as is Sterling I believe). This is my first season with it. It's quiet, safe, (separated combustion) and powerful. It throws air that can be felt over 26ft from the unit. I purchased the unit directly from a wholesaler (~$1000 and paid $300 to have it mounted (I stubbed off the gas line and had the unit pre-hung in it's final position) and all duct work done to code.

Bear in mind that my unit is nearly twice as expensive as a non combustion chamber sealed unit, but when I thought of whether an extra $500 was worth risking my $30K investment and my car and antique boat inside, I chose the safest route. I can paint or work with combustibles with a piece of mind.

Here's some links I saved when researching prices:

I installed a Furnace out of a trailor that works way better than I even need. It was natural gas but i converted it to propane. The furnace was only $150.00. I talked about it in this thread. Heated garge for the cheap guys
I can heat my 20x22=440sq garage from 30degrees to 65degrees within 5 minutes. I realize yours is bigger but this works soo well and so cheap. Just an idea.
