      Fuel Safe cell pump mount.

i see that Fuel Safe sells an intank pump that works with there sending units but i want to use the Aeromotive pump i have now. would it be OK to cut a hole in the foam in the tank to hold the pump? i want to mount it in-tank to keep a clean simple look to it and since its a rubber bladder i can't weld anything to the inside of the tank to hold the pump and just thought i could take advantage of all the foam thats in the tank to work as a mounting device, anyone see this being a problem? how quiet are the Aeromotive 11106 pumps incase i have to mount it external?

Fuel Safe CAN mount an A1000 in thier tank but I don't know if that means YOU can safely retrofit it into one.

Call there and ask for Gary.. Extension 234. He should be able to advise you on mounting.

I ended up going with their Bosch internal fuel pump since it was a simpler option and supplies more than enough fuel.
