      2. 1970 Cuda In-voilet over black 340 4-speed car.... full restoration
      3. 1970 Barracuda top banana 440 4-speed car.... minor maintinance
      4. 1968 GTX convertible red on black 440 4-speed car.... swap to 440ci Hemi
      5. 1970 Superbird Tor-Red on black 440+6 4-speed car.... detail work/restoration
      6. 1972 Road Runner Tor-Red on black 440 4-speed car.... full restoration
      7. 1957 Facel Vega black on black 354 Hemi auto... full resto-mod
      8. 1965 mustang red on black 408 auto... full restoration
      9. 1969 Road Runner hemi orange on black 383 4-speed... engine swap to 440

so as you can see i'm keeping pretty busy...

another update... I decided to bite the bullet and but some new sway bars to accompany all my nice suspension mods... I just got the LAST "big" Hotchkis sway bars for my charger.... these have been temporarily been discontinued so... these were literally the last ones on the shelf... 1 3/8" front and 1" rear - both hollow

      Update: 13 June 2007

Well I am a year older and the Charger is still on the lift...

Last month was very bad around the shop... The Superbird (my boss's personal car) was taken out (by me) to a local cruise in to advertise the business.... on the way back the engine blew.... I had a toy to the shop and pulled the heads off... hmmmm you know you have a bad day when three pistons on one side are all at the top.... so... that blew hard...

The only things i have managed on the Charger is to install the Hydroboost unit and name my project....

Young Gun: That is a 1969 Dodge Charger - the 1968-1969-1970 model years were all the same basic body style.

Matdean: The Superbird is alive and well (however does not have the # matching engine in it anymore due to obvious reasons.) We had a show it needed to go to so we swapped in another 440, threw the 6 pack set up on it, and put in another 4-speed trans... in 5.5 hours... hectic to say the least...

another Charger update for those of you who care... Progress is slower than expected... I have done exactly nothing lately... I recently ordered many parts for it and got a game plan. in short the EFI big block is coming out and not going back in. The Charger is getting disassembled again for body and paint. upon return, it will chill in my garage for a long time with no engine.

The focus will be turned to my A12 road runner clone. The big block in my charger will get a six pack set up and the Road Runner will then get a Dana 60 as my small budget allows.

The Charger will sit until I save the $$$ to do what I really want engine wise... a stroked 6.1L hemi (around 600hp would be nice.)

Well, one minor update for the Charger, I ordered quite a few suspension components to stregnthen the Charger from XV Motorsports which should be arriving soon. I also had my new engine show up yesterday.

Well... More progress... Charger is now off at the paint shop... Heres some things that I did before it left...

      Torque Boxes

      Removal of engine and transmission

Inner fender braces from XV Motorsports

      Bye-Bye driprails!

I also began disassembling my 6.1L Hemi - found that pesky spun bearing... #8 connecting rod... so a Stroker kit is in the works... along with a Paxton Supercharger Kit.

Well - its been a while - I have been going through a lot of personal things but the Charger is getting progress.... The car is back form body / paint and now going back together... I am going to with hold photos until the car is on all four wheels again. For effect.
