      "Payback" is officially underway!

Well I am excited to say that my project is off to the races! Prodigy Customs is building me a bad ass roller with all the good stuff. Frank and his crew are kicking some serious ass on my car!

I bought an all original 307 car. You should of seen the ripping I got when I parted some of this car out on camaros.net. I had one guy call me and beg me not to do it. Sorry man.

It does look decent in that original picture but I don't think it's necessarily a "loss" for the Camaro world. I mean, c'mon, it's a green 307!!

+1 for Pro-Touring!! You're still saving a classic car! Can't wait to see the finished project, sounds awesome.

Hey Darrin I remember you now. It was either guys wanted me to sell it or cut it up. That was exactly my point. Somebody was going to chop it up anyway being a 307 car so why not me This car is getting a first class restoration. With just a few mods

My project is progressing nicely. The boys at Prodigy Customs have all the rough sheetmetal work done, mini tubs are in, and the subframe connectors are installed. One minor hiccup is my 19x13 rims are blowing out the sidewall so they don't fit. The wheels need narrowed 1 inch to suck in the sidewall. She's going into the paint booth for epoxy primer today.

Well, were at 20 days now. After a long day of polishing metal and some touch up sandblasting, Payback is now locked in DP90 Epoxy and ready for finish bodywork. looks good in black already!

      The money shot

The headers showed up and Lemons makes some killer headers. Here is my beast:

Thanks guys. I haven't updated my build for a while. Frank is hoping to have my car done in early December. I am making sure I have my engine ready to stab so that is all done. Today I spent about an hour on my oil breather system and my starter shield. I decided I didn't want to run valve cover breathers due to the mess that would eventually compromise my headers and so on.
I went ahead and bought some new valve covers with no holes so I could modify them. I am going to run a -12AN breather system with canister. Today I went ahead and found the best place for my breather and cut the hole, filed it smooth, and bolted it on. I was going to reduce it to -10 AN but Frank talked me into 12 so jegs is going to have to exchange a few things.
