      Heres what we used to have to work with, barely a one car garage..

      And heres the 1200sq.ft. shop we got a couple years ago, used to be a huge boat repair shop so theres fiberglass everywhere. You can cram four cars in there; theres a whole lot more crap in there now too..

      My wife and I just bought our first house, and it came with this rather large 30x40 insulated and heater ready garage. Also has a 12' enclosed overhang, with covered car port for outside parking. Now the biggest problem with this amount of space is I am now going to have to start filling it up with tools and other parts. This was before we moved in, so it has a few more items, but not much more.
