      SIXTY-SEVEN DOLLARS? Help!

I'm not a stingy person, but Year-One is charging 67 buck for the two rubber boots that pass the power window wiring from the doors to door jambs (68 Camaro). Seems kinda silly. I could care less about "technically correct reproduction bla bla bla". Anybody got a good alternative. Price is not an object as long as I'm not getting hosed (or booty'd)

      Here you go Self,
This kit 94201 comes from Electric-Life and runs about $60 also but at least it has metal parts in it so that you don't feel like you are spending 70 dolarios on a glorified condom. Also A1electric in Cali sells modern style rubber boots for 10.95.

You know, it's OK to talk to yourself, but you need to start worrying when you answer.

With that said, the Electric-Life sleeves look like they'd protect the wires from pretty much anything.

check with car audio places they have the rubber available. How big of wire rubber do you need as I have one about 1/2" that I am not using.
