      Minitub ??

I am almost ready to weld in my passenger side outer wheel house and continue with the minitub on that side, but I have a question first. Should I completely weld the outer wheel housing in place before doing the minitub (I'm widening the factory inner housings)? Or, should I clamp it in, mock up the inner housing, widen it, tweak both inner and outer to get a perfect fit if needed, then weld the outer followed by the inner?

just clamp or lightly tack it, then you wont have as much trouble fitting it all later on if you need to move it

Nathan, I would just tack the outer in like Zach suggested. Then if you need to tweak it it will not be that bad to cut it out.

Matt, it is not that bad if you are willing to take the time to do it correctly. Please next time start a new thread for a new subject.
