      Silver State Pics

The silver viper is/was our race car. Few shots of Ricks F40, Danan's SL65/Comp Coupe/06' Viper Coupe, and a few examples of small birds meeting car at 170mph.

      oh and big red too.

      PM sent Scott.

Yeah Big Red was bad ass, first time i've seen it in action. But it's very apparent how much of a race car it really is. They must have spent 5 minutes priming the oiling system with a drill on the dry sump, bumping the motor over 1/4 turn at a time. Not sure if they are just that anal with it, or if it's built that tight, but it's well taken care of. Needless to say it looks wicked with 335's all around. And damn I thought our car was loud, Red was something else when he really stood on it.

Double the HP, give it a nice interior, 6 spd, and it would be one wicked all around car.

      Pro,
Beautiful pics! Did you sell the viper? You said, "is/was our race car", that's why I ask. Are you in any of the pics? Do you have any vids? thanks, david

      Thanks!

Looks like Big Red is running a different intake manifold then when it was in Hot Rod. He needs some nitrous on that thing!

I say is/was because it wasn't our car to begin with, belongs to one of our customers who wanted us to race it. The car we are racing in Sept is Paolo's personal car.

Nope I was playing photographer the whole time, so not in any of the pics :(

      Vids will be done soon.

Who is us/we? Not to be rude or anything but I see you speaking in the third person a lot. Do you work for a race team? I thought you had some sort of truck?

      ProStreet,

Thanks for posting the pics. They bring back memories of running the Pony Express a few years ago. It looks like most of the pics are of the Unlimited class. Were there any other cool cars from the other classes?

sorry the guy who took the vid ended up never sending it to me, go figure?

Soon enough I'll have some vid of a couple vipers with some cool stuff thought... The pump gas guys have no idea whats coming. All I can say is our previous 1380rwhp is gonna be about as exciting as week old room temp pizza after everyone sees this thing.

Not sure if we will make the TX mile in Oct, but some sept I bet we run a 1/4mile mph that bests the silver state standing mile record.

Oh and whats the record for fastest standing mile on dot tires? Anywhere? Anyone gone 250 in a street legal car?
