New rim recommendations ??? Looking for some kickass rims for a 1978 Protouring Z/28

So these are Centerline Galaxy 901's I've had on the car since 2003.
Basically I've grown sick n tired of polishing the aluminum and my tires are shot.

So I need new one's, and all my chrome is blacked out.
Only chrome I have left NOW....is the sidepipes, and my shiney silver rims.
This is a Baldwin Motion themed tribute if anyone was wondering why the stripes & pipes.
LS1 /4L60e under the hood. American Autowire redone front to ear.

I want to go a mixture of black n chrome/nickel look on the rims.
Black centers, polished lip look WITHOUT the need for polishing. Kinda like my Foose Legends on my 442.

What kind of rims would you guys recommend , and sizes ???
Right now I'm 17" front n rear , but I can go bigger. I don't recall my backspacing tho.
Also, I'm unfamiliar with the REAL benefits of 1 vs 2 & 3 piece rims. This isn't a hardcore racer.

If you guys have some badass styled rims like this, please post pics so I can see them. Thanks

      Here's the look NOW.....

Here's a crude version of what I'm after.

Even some like this will work but not sure what these are....

Since its a Motion Tribute, it'd be pretty cool if you used these.. They come in 17" diameter.

Take a look at the wheels I used in my build thread. I have my car all blacked out. The wheels are gun metal grey with a machined outer lip. I've considered having them powder coated black, but I like how they look.

Dont want polished aluminum anymore. Too much work...lol
If they came blacked out centers with a polished lip, I would consider em.

I have a 1970 Olds 442 with the same rims already.

      Dark gray Foose Legends.

um,plasti dip those and run em. If your dead set on spending money, look at rocket wheels, apex, us mag, etc for a budget unit. higher cost, but higher quality would be ccw, forgeline, forgestar etc.

Just have the centers powder coated black and clear the lips.

Well after some thinking, I'm going to probably try a rim like the Bravado Americana II in black with a polished lip.

I just emailed KONIG to see if they offer it in the correct 4.5" and 5.5" backspacing like I have now. I'm thinking they won't tho......
So if anyone knows a SIMILAR style to these that WILL work, please advise. I like the rivet look

Yes, but those don't have the rivets around the edge which makes them more attractive to me.

Looking for that, because I already have the Foose legends in gray on my Olds above.
