I built this for my car. Sheet metal is from Lowes $15. Powdercoating is $20. 22 degree pipe from eBay for $65. Filter was $40 from eBay. Lexan was $20 from Home Depot. Just use cardboard mocking everything up before cutting everything. I made mine for somewhere around 175 all together.

I bought a 22.5 degree spectre tube and went with it. Keep in mind all the kits are for the low profile factory style intake. If you have anything else you will have to modify the kit to fit. I didn't want to spend that much on the rotofab kit just to have to mod it.

I used the following parts: Spectre 97990, 9771, 97290, and KN RE-870. Total price $154 from Amazon. IAT was installed with a grommet i had laying around. Clearance is tight, but no troubles yet.Name: 20180224_144030.jpg

hmm, that is odd. I checked my orders on Amazon and the part numbers are correct. The tubing is indeed 4". On a hunch, I checked with Spectre and 97290 is listed as 4" diameter. I guess that Amazon has their description wrong; funny I did not notice that before.

Also, I did not mention, but the bellows on the TB came from a cold air intake off the kid's truck. I also fabricated a tab/stand that attached to the inner fender and rests under the air cleaner clamp to support the air cleaner. IA temps typically run ambient as long as the car is moving and have not experienced any serious heat soak in south Texas heat
