12 bolt axle offset problem for disc upgrade

Trying to order brake kit for my 12 bolt . Kits are listed for 2.75”and 2.81” offset. Mine measures 2.67. Any ideas of how to get around this?

Are you measuring with the drum back backing plate still installed?

New axles? Those are probably the most common even on 10 bolts. A Floating caliper kit also probably not as big a deal.

Check for excessive axle end play first. Push the axle in as far as possible and measure, then pull it out and measure. Also measure both sides of the car. You might find that only one side is off.

I know that Wilwood offers several different sized spacers, not only the 2 they list. I’m sure other manufacturers would offer that as well. So you could do the math and figure out what size spacer would get you the closest.
