Did you make that yourself Carl? Very nice! I don't have that kind of skill.

Is that like an overhead console? lol.

Looks great. I've got to make one for a 63 Impala in the shop. Debating materials...

      Thanks guys..

The material was 1/2" plywood, covered with marine vinyl I purchased here in Jonesboro. The insert (the part in the middle) was made out of aluminum. I have a drawing on the bends etc on this piece. I made templates for my Camaro so if anyone would like to use them feel free. The hardest part of the whole thing was wrapping the vinyl in the curves and angles. For those of you that want to build their own, I used Corplast plastic for the templates. This is the material that most yard signs are made of. I lucked out, I was in one of the WalMart's here and a guy was using the Corplast to make signs on the shelving and he had a lot of pretty good size pieces left. I asked him what he was going to do with the left over pieces and he said he was going to put them in a dumpster! I mean some of them were over four ft square. So naturally I asked him if I could have them. He asked the store manager and away I carted them home!
Anyone have any questions, I'd be open for suggestions to help with your build..

      John,
I suppose your right, I can't figure out how to turn the picture around but I'm working on it..
