Need guidance on drum to discs
Hello, my 70’ Skylark 350 currently has drum brakes and I’m planning on converting them to FRONT disc brakes. With about $1000 in budget for brakes, spindles, calipers, etc, can anyone recommend a bang for the buck upgrade?
Thank you!
Edit: 18 inch wheels

There are factory copy systems like CPP, etc have out there. Scarebird has some other kits. Some with new disc spindles hub/rotors calipers etc.
The B body 1LE 12" rotor tall spindle(B/F body) is another option generally using new upper control arms and possibly a bump steer correction tie rod end.1978 Black Trans Am 455 Edelbrock heads [email protected] through mufflers on pump gas
