smaller GM wiper motor for 69 Camaro

Looking for a smaller GM wiper motor for my 69 Camaro. Any stock small GM motors work ?? Didn't want to spend over 200 on a wiper motor like the Newport unit.

      With some work...

You can use the smaller positive switched motors- but you are going to have to rewire and make an adaptor plate.

Look at the mid 90's GM stuff.

I took a Olds motor (mid 90's- BRAND NEW- NOS on eBay $45) and added a Caddy delay/intermittent control board & stalk($10 at the junkyard). Since I went with a pushbutton start- I relocated the wiper control stalk where the ignition tumbler was.

Not that tough to do-On my set up two out of three bolt holes lined up- so no adapter plate was needed.Name: DSCN6581.jpg

If I recall, it's the LS1 Camaro wiper motor that is a good donor
