Probably got a knee replacement in future. Broke right hip socket in 94, right leg is shorter now. hurt my left knee in Dec '12, been fighting that accident issue. Should have gotten lawyer and took his insurance for a pile because I KNEW it was gonna go sideways.
Anyway, from my experience with hip DO YOUR THERAPY. and never stop doing it.
