Lol. It was all good on my end. I am doing a Malibu, it will have ss427 emblems to avoid the confusion. The early cars with the 136 codes give themselves away anyhow...

OK but now the question is if you were to sell it are you going to try and tell the buyer it's a real ss when even Helen Keller could tell you it isn't lol..

What is this 'sell' of which you speak... Honestly, mine is so modified that ss wouldn't be a selling point. That is why I went with a Malibu. No sense spending extra money on a vin plate...

People say tons of stuff, the only time it bothers me is when I'm minding my own business at OReiley and some asshat starts telling me what I need to do with my car (while he's buying Royal Purple for his 86 Corolla because the guy behind the counter said the smaller molecules release horsepower).

Say 4 core radiator - mean 4 row
Stall converter - mean torque converter
      Say 3.73 gears - means 3.73:1
Slaps 22s on otherwise stock car, calls it pro-touring.
      The list goes on

When I see someone spell Camero I take it as a warning that the person has no clue what they're talking about.

And every small block makes 500hp and every big block makes over 600.
