      Bead Roller Service

I have a custom 1.5" ID 16ga mild steel radiator upper hose/tube I welded together and need the ends bead rolled. Is there a company I can send it to to have this done? The proper tools are way expensive so I just want to send it out.

Where are you located? Did you try calling the local hot rod/fab/racecar shops?

Donny's got it. Call the local race shops.

I have a tube bead rolling tool as well if you can't find anybody around you.

You said you have a welder and welded it together. You could wrap a piece of 1/8 round stock around the tubing and weld it in place to hold the hose on? Or stack weld beads all the way around the tubing? It'll get the job done?

I've done that, it works but it doesn't work as good as rolling the bead.

The 18ga mild steel is dirt cheap so I bought a few mandrel bends to remake the pipe as its easy enough and bought the the ebay tool suggested earlier to throw a bead on it. Thank you for showing me that tool, I got yesterday and its pretty slick. As you can tell I hate not being able to do everything myself.

Thanks Jetfixr320, the Jobber-Do tool worked like a charm, and only 50 bucks.
