      1968 ls swap value

      Hey guys just wondering if i am getting a fair deal for 1968 camaro specs below.



      1.Goodmark replacement panels, All full 1/4 panels, roof panel, door skins, tailight panel, front fenders, header panel, hood, cowl panel, lower front & rear valance pans, gas tank, door hinges,ect. All new glass everywhere with rebuilt window regulators.
      2.All new complete interior,including headliner & dash pad. New heater controls & heater core.
      3. Rebuilt steering column with new bearings.
      4.New clutch & throw out bearing,
      5.New 12 bolt posi rear end,with new Lakewood traction bars. New front disc brakes & power booster.
      5. New headers with flowmaster exhaust.
      6.Rebuilt quick ratio steering gear, New Cragar mags and Goodrich tires.
      7.Engine is a 2011 5.3 fuel injected LS2 with only 3500 miles on it.
      8.Transmission is a 6 speed Tremec out of a 04 GTO.

      Is wanting 37k what do you all think everything looks very well done

      That may be a touch high, however with that being said I don't think you could build the car for what he is asking.

      Thanks for the reply exactly what i was thinking i could maybe come in 5k to 10klower with the right rolling body and if i do all the work myself but with 2 young kids will take me along ass time to compete the car myself

      I don't think you are too far off. Pics as proof of the panel replacement would help, along with a mid range paint job would probably get you closer. Average buyer who doesn't want to tear it up and change it would want a solid running, no missing parts, no weird rattles, no leaks, etc car.

      #7 does not make sense...If it is a 5.3L then it is not a LS2...if it is a LS2, it is a 6.0L...

      Does the engine have a iron or an aluminum block?

      #7 does not make sense...If it is a 5.3L then it is not a LS2...if it is a LS2, it is a 6.0L...

      Does the engine have a iron or an aluminum block?
