Gen 1 G-Bar in a 69 Camaro, Adj rear control arm options?

I'm running a Gen 1 G-bar in a 69 Camaro Convertible and wanting to get adjustable upper and lower rear control arms for tuneability and fitment. Looking at custom Spohn arms with the Del-Sphere bushings on both ends, but interested in other thoughts options like BMR, UMI, or Chassisworks, whom I bought the setup from years ago.

      Poly, Rod-end, or Del-Sphere? Pros/Cons?

I thought that G Bar upper bars were adjustable. At least they were on the one I had.

Why don't you just buy the G-Link bars from Chassisworks?
