Crankcase Ventilation options for using vintage valve covers on LS2?

Hey guys I'm looking at what all options I have for running vintage style valve covers of my classic Vette with an LS2. The valve covers I want are early style with zero holes of PCV or for oil fill.

Options include tapping the rear of the cover and inserting a PCV, taping the other side and running a line to a oil fill reservoir. I'm also not currently running a catch can. What do you guys suggest, I'm not sure what best course of action is for this setup.

these allow you to run old style valve covers but still have the pcv ports

Thanks, it appears that set up only works for LS1s.
