      Lower Seats

Guys, I currently have power seats and feel as though I sit to high. I'm 6'2" and want to be lower in the car. Anyone have experience hunting for "low" seats?

Hi, I have not used them but Fiero seats sit quite a bit lower according to those that have. You can recover them with upholstery kits from Mikes Fiero. They can be found on CL cheap usually.

If you are OK with a "racing seat" appearance, the Corbeau A4 has the lowest seat base I could find and can be shaved to reduce base height another 0.5" or so. I also shortened the legs on my Planted seat brackets as well.

      I'm 6'5".

I'm using the Sparco Chrono Road and they also site low. Plus I was able to fab brackets to sit them on the floor and still be able to slide forward for the wife.

I'm 6'5" with long legs and waist.

Can you weld, or do some fab work yourself ?
If you can fab up your own seat brackets, you can choose almost any aftermarket seat that come with silders and keep the seats low, and have the ability to position the seats wherever you want and at any angle you want

For the Camaro, the widest you can go at the seat base is about 22"
      FYI, I am also 6-2"

      Cheers
